Binaural recording of smithy at work. Hear the fire crackle as he works the bellows, heating the metal till it turns orange. Then he uses hammer and anvil to shape it before placing it back in the fire to heat further.

Caspe is a small town in the Aragon region of Spain with a rich medieval history. I stumbled across this church service and at first didn't realise it was a funeral. I hope it doesn't cause offence.

The first part of the recording features the church organ as heard from outside St Vitus Cathedral. Located in Prague Castle this building is absolutely stunning. Towards the end of the recording I'm on the move and you will hear a fountain to the rear of the Cathedral.

Recorded just off the Old Town Square. Brings back really fond memories as it was recorded during my honeymoon. Can you imagine how my new wife felt being told to sshhh all the time whilst I recorded!
