leach1.jpgComposer Mary Jane Leach at the Stone, Avenue C & E. 2nd St., New York, NY :: From 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Friday night, October 28, 2011 :: You’ll get to hear the US premiere of her new piece for 10 flutes - Dowland’s Tears, with video provided by the flutist, Manuel Zurria :: There will be a 10pm set afterwards featuring the music of Annea Lockwood :: Admission is $10 per set :: All admissions are at the door.

Also in the set will be some older pieces leaning heavy on sound phenomena, with new computer-generated visuals replacing the old ones that used slide projectors and dissolve units.
