Since 1997, Japan Media Arts Festival has been an annual event in Tokyo that awards prizes for creative works in the fields of art, entertainment, animation and manga. Presented by The Agency for Cultural Affairs, Japan, and Computer Graphic Arts Society, it sheds light on Japan’s unique culture of sensibility and feelings to OTO, which were grown in the four seasons and rich natural environment and the figurative expression which transforms OTO into visual words and so on. Based on these characteristics, we construct this exhibition through the works’ expressions with the appeal of activities as listening to OTO carefully, playing OTO, and integration of five senses. We would like the visitors to experience these OTOs.
