In Le Nouveau Voyage, Stéphan Barron invites you to follow in the footsteps of his great-grandfather, in Languedoc-Roussillon. A hundred and ten years after his ancestor’s epic journey, Stéphan Barron takes the same route, revisiting and revising it, reliving it with passion.

This work will be presented large scale at the FRUC but can also be experienced more personally with mobile phone and the internet. Stephan Barron will employ the instant media and technological tools of our time to retrace the journey made over a century ago by his great-grandfather whilst communicating the same importance of this odyssey that is significant historically, geographically and artistically.
